The price of high carbon ferrochrome (HC60%, Si: 4%) in India has further decreased slightly by 800 Indian rupees per ton ($10 per ton). As the market continues to resist higher quotes, prices are falling. The price of high carbon ferrochrome (HC60%, Si: 4%) in India is 110,300 Indian rupees per ton (1,321 US dollars per ton). The price of high carbon, low silicon ferrochrome (HC60%, Si: 2%) has significantly decreased. In addition, the price of low-carbon (C: 0.1%) ferrochrome also fell by 2,500 Indian rupees/ton ($30/ton) to 225,500 Indian rupees/ton ($2,700/ton, excluding Durgapur). 

Export: The export price to China has decreased by 0.5 cents/pound, with Tianjin CNF at 98 cents/pound. However, the export price to Japan increased slightly by 1.5 cents/pound to 101.5 cents/pound Tokyo CNF.
