SMIORE India's manganese ore production in Q1 of FY2025 increased year-on-year

Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores (SMIORE) achieved a historical record of 85,000 tons of manganese ore production in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, an increase of 18% compared to the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. The sales volume increased by 86% year-on-year. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, the production of ferroalloys was 6,464 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 21%, and in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, it was 8,196 tons. However, the sales volume of ferroalloys increased by 35% year-on-year, reaching 9,396 tons, compared to 6,937 tons in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024.
