The price of Raipur ferromanganese (HC70%) in India has dropped by about 1,000 rupees/ton ($12/ton) on a weekly basis, with an ex factory price of 70,000 rupees/ton ($839/ton). At the same time, the high carbon ferromanganese price in Durgapur has also decreased by about 1,100 rupees/ton ($13/ton) to 69,700 rupees/ton ($835/ton). Due to sustained low demand and sluggish trade activities, the price of ferromanganese has decreased.
